Pally Bikash Kendra is a nationally recognized non-governmental organization (NGO) in Bangladesh, certified by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (Certificate No. 00529-03996-00190). The organization works in partnership with PKSF, banks, financial institutions, and its own funding sources to implement socio-economic development initiatives for disadvantaged communities across the country. Pally Bikash Kendra is inviting applications from hardworking, honest, energetic, and qualified Bangladeshi male candidates for the position of Trainee Field Officer under its expanding microcredit program. There are 50 vacancies available for full-time employment in rural field areas across Cumilla, Dhaka, Gazipur, Kishoreganj, Narayanganj, and Narsingdi. Candidates must be willing to work anywhere within the assigned operational areas. The initial six-month trainee period offers a monthly salary of BDT 20,000. Upon successful completion and satisfactory performance, employees will be confirmed as Field Officers with a monthly salary of BDT 25,680. Working in field operations requires commitment to data collection, field monitoring, and microcredit activities. The maximum age limit is 35 years.

Requirements
