Currently, Change Associates Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Coordinator to join its full-time team in Dhaka. The successful candidate will coordinate project implementation, stakeholder engagement, research, documentation, reporting, and administrative activities while working closely with clients, consultants, and project partners. Immediate joining is highly preferred for this role. Applicants should possess a Master's degree in Development Studies, Development Management, International Relations, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. English-medium graduates will receive preference. Strong English communication, report writing, presentation, Microsoft Office, organizational, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills are essential. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required.
Requirements
Master's degree in Development Studies, Development Management, International Relations, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
Master of Social Science (MSS) in Development Studies, International Relations, Social Science is acceptable.
Applicants from English-medium educational backgrounds will receive preference.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong report writing and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
