Centre for Community Development Assistance (CCDA) is a nationally recognized, non-political and non-profit development organization operating microfinance programs and development projects across Bangladesh with financial support from PKSF, various banks, and development partners. The organization is recruiting 50 Field Officers (Trainee Officer / Trainee Field Officer) to strengthen and expand its nationwide microfinance operations. The head office is located at House-1/8, Block-G, Lalmatia, Dhaka.
This is a full-time office-based position with postings anywhere in Bangladesh. Selected candidates will complete a six-month trainee period, which may be shortened or extended based on performance. Responsibilities include organizing member groups, loan processing, savings collection, field inspections, documentation, BD Wash project implementation, and other operational activities. Candidates must be willing to work in rural and remote areas, travel by bicycle or motorcycle, and possess strong integrity, discipline, and responsibility. Applicants with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bangla and English typing, internet usage, and Microfin 360 software skills will receive preference. Maximum age is 30 years, although age may be relaxed for highly qualified candidates.

Bachelor's, Honors, Master's or Higher Secondary qualification as specified.
Higher-qualified candidates may receive higher placement during confirmation based on proven performance.
Maximum age: 30 years. Age relaxation is available for highly qualified candidates.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in MRA-certified and PKSF partner microfinance organizations.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bangla and English typing, internet usage, and Microfin 360 software is preferred.
Must be hardworking, disciplined, honest, responsible, and organized.
Must be willing to work with poor and marginalized communities in rural and remote areas.
Must be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Ability to ride a bicycle or motorcycle is mandatory.
Prepare monthly work plans and perform assigned activities accordingly.
Form new groups, recruit members, manage group activities, and maintain meeting resolutions.
Recommend loans according to members' financial needs.
Conduct field verification of loan projects and attach all required supporting documents with loan applications.
Collect loan installments and savings according to organizational policy and deposit them to the office on time.
Verify passbooks and collection sheets every three months to ensure data accuracy.
Communicate with overdue and write-off members, visit their homes, recover outstanding dues, and submit collections to the office.
Encourage members to participate in CSS savings programs.
Implement BD Wash project activities including BCC campaigns, sanitation loan distribution, toilet construction supervision, and related project tasks.
Perform any lawful duties assigned by supervisors and senior management.
Salary during trainee period: BDT 15000 – 17000 per month.
Salary after confirmation: BDT 28057 – 32931 per month.
Salary negotiable for highly qualified and experienced candidates.

Two festival bonuses annually and Boishakhi allowance.
