Test Automation Engineer Intern

As a Test Automation Engineer Intern, you will work closely alongside our experienced software engineers and QA leads to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks. You will contribute to ensuring high product quality through integration with modern CI/CD pipelines, execute automated test suites, and help drive continuous improvement in our software development lifecycle. This is a highly collaborative role designed to help you fast-track your career in software testing.

• Strong interest in software testing and automation

• Basic programming knowledge in Python, Java, or JavaScript

• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Cypress, k6, or similar frameworks

• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines

• Hands-on experience with Git

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Collaborate with senior engineers to translate business requirements into test automation strategies

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing

• Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration pipelines

• Execute and monitor automated test suites

• Identify, document, and track software defects

• Participate in code reviews and improve automation frameworks

• Research and learn new tools and best practices in test automation

• Monthly stipend of BDT 15,000 – 25,000 based on experience and skillset
