Laravel Developer (Mid-Level)

We are seeking a talented and passionate Mid-Level Laravel Developer to join our rapidly growing in-house engineering team in Rangpur. This is a full-time, onsite position where you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining robust web applications and high-performance APIs using modern Laravel frameworks.

As a Mid-Level Laravel Developer, you will take full ownership of features from conceptualization to production deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality and scalable software solutions. • 2–4 years of professional Laravel experience (previous work experience required)

• Strong PHP fundamentals and solid grasp of OOP

• Hands-on experience with Eloquent ORM, migrations, middleware, service containers, and queues

• Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL database design and efficient query writing

• REST API development experience

• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows including pull requests and code reviews

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English and Bangla

• Ability to use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) effectively while reviewing AI-generated code critically

• Design and develop web applications and APIs using Laravel 10/11

• Work with Eloquent ORM, migrations, queues, and Laravel ecosystem

• Write clean, testable, and maintainable PHP code

• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams for feature delivery

• Debug production issues and optimize application performance

• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards
