Sub Assistant Engineer (Electrical)

The selected candidate will play a key role in solar power plant installations, substation works, and electrical system maintenance. • Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience (freshers are also encouraged to apply).

• Experience in Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Engineering Firms, or Power sectors is preferred.

• Strong knowledge in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Electrical Drawing, Electrical Safety, Industrial Electrical Wiring, and Solar Installation.

• Experience in Solar-EPC, utility projects, or Solar Power Plants is highly desired.

• Cable jointing qualifications and experience will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physically fit to work under heavy sunlight and at heights higher than normal.

• Solar Module installation along with all other electrical installations as per design.

• Substation installation and maintenance.

• Read and interpret single-line diagrams and schematics.

• Decorating and laying of cables and cable trays following industrial safety guidelines.

• Install Lightning Protection System (LPS) following industrial standards.

• Plumbing fittings for Water Pipeline installation as per design.

• Diagnose, test, repair, and/or replace solar module cables, interconnections, PV junction boxes, connectors, and fuses.

• Record keeping and management of spare parts movements.

• Handle any other duties assigned by the Project Manager in line with the role.
