The selected candidate will play a key role in solar power plant installations, substation works, and electrical system maintenance. Requirements
Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution.
At least 1 year of relevant experience (freshers are also encouraged to apply).
Experience in Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Engineering Firms, or Power sectors is preferred.
Strong knowledge in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Electrical Drawing, Electrical Safety, Industrial Electrical Wiring, and Solar Installation.
Experience in Solar-EPC, utility projects, or Solar Power Plants is highly desired.
Cable jointing qualifications and experience will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit to work under heavy sunlight and at heights higher than normal.
Responsibilities
Solar Module installation along with all other electrical installations as per design.
Substation installation and maintenance.
Read and interpret single-line diagrams and schematics.
Decorating and laying of cables and cable trays following industrial safety guidelines.
Install Lightning Protection System (LPS) following industrial standards.
Plumbing fittings for Water Pipeline installation as per design.
Diagnose, test, repair, and/or replace solar module cables, interconnections, PV junction boxes, connectors, and fuses.
Record keeping and management of spare parts movements.
Handle any other duties assigned by the Project Manager in line with the role.
