Junior Lab Technician

Bangladesh Research and Testing Laboratory Ltd. (BRTL) is a highly prestigious ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratory operating under the Bangladesh Accreditation Board (BAB). The lab specializes in providing comprehensive testing services including mechanical, physical, and durability tests for geotextiles, PVD, geogrids, technical textiles, and various related civil engineering materials following international ISO and ASTM standards.

We are seeking dynamic, detail-oriented, and hardworking Junior Lab Technicians to join our professional testing team. • Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply

• Basic knowledge about ISO and ASTM test standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D will be an advantage

• Inspect and prepare samples for testing according to defined test methods and standards

• Conduct testing using specified equipment while ensuring valid calibration and documented procedures

• Perform regular preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment and verify calibration validity

• Preserve remaining samples for re-testing as per retention policy

• Monitor and record environmental conditions during testing to ensure ISO/IEC 17025 compliance

• Handle samples properly to prevent any damage or contamination

• Report daily activities and issues to the Technical Manager with accurate documentation
