Sales & Business Development Officer

NexTrim Solutions is a fast-growing Bangladesh-based manufacturer specializing in premium garment trims and accessories. We produce high-quality Embroidery, Drawstring, Elastic, Tape & Belt products for the apparel industry, serving both small and bulk orders with reliable quality and competitive pricing.

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Business Development Officer to join our team in Tongi, Gazipur. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience who are passionate about building a career in garment accessories sales and marketing within a startup environment.

The role focuses on driving sales growth through regular market visits, customer acquisition, and maintaining strong client relationships in the garments industry.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering or Diploma in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor/Honors degree in any discipline

• Age between 20 to 30 years

• Experience is not mandatory; fresh candidates are encouraged to apply

• 1–2 years of experience in garments trims, accessories, textile, or related sales field will be given preference

• Strong willingness to work in a startup business environment

• Must be prepared to stay near Tongi/Gazipur industrial area

• Strong learning attitude and readiness for regular market visits

• Regularly visit garment factories, buying houses, and corporate customers

• Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Promote company products including Embroidery, Drawstring, Elastic, Tape & Belt

• Collect inquiries, follow up on quotations, and confirm orders

• Coordinate with customers on sample development, production, and delivery

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

• Prepare daily visit reports and customer feedback updates

• Support management in expanding the customer network and market coverage
