Manager Maintenance - Mechanical Engineering

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager Maintenance - Mechanical Engineering to lead our Maintenance Department and ensure the seamless operation of our advanced production machinery. • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution

• Age between 30 to 50 years

• Only male candidates are allowed to apply

• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in garment or textile manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of sewing machines including single needle, double needle, hi post, cycle machine, seam tape sealing, bartack, long welding, short welding, corner welding and related machines

• Excellent leadership and team supervision skills

• Strong analytical skills for root cause failure analysis and cost control

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team with proper guidelines and technical direction

• Perform repair and maintenance of various sewing and welding machines

• Maintain daily maintenance checklist and ensure proper follow-up

• Prepare and implement scheduled maintenance checklists

• Monitor and control costs in all areas of responsibility

• Prepare utility operations and maintenance budget, monitor expenses, and conduct downtime analysis

• Perform root cause failure analysis and implement preventive measures

• Carry out any other tasks assigned by management
