The ideal candidate will work closely with Merchandising, Planning, Quality, and Production teams to achieve production targets and maintain operational excellence.

Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc) / Master of Science (MSc) in relevant disciplines
Preferable in Mathematics, Economics or Science background
Age between 28 to 32 years
Minimum 3 years commitment to stay with the company
Strong analytical skills and team building capabilities
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other computer applications
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Responsibilities
Collect new style samples and prepare operation breakdown with SMV to calculate plan targets
Make style-wise operation breakdown with SMV for wet process according to the recipe
Provide section-wise plan production for both Day & Night shifts and monitor hourly production
Conduct capacity study and production study
Update SMV database regularly
Monitor and record non-productive time
Maintain section-wise manpower and work hours transfer records
Prepare daily manpower allocation report for 1st and 2nd dry process sections
Generate daily and monthly efficiency reports for dry and wet processes
Update workers skill inventory and motivate production staff with IE training
Check workers' individual skills during recruitment
Prepare administrative non-productive time reports
Develop section-wise weekly KPI and participate in KPI meetings
Prepare machine utilization reports
