Overview
Naria Unnayan Samity (NUSA), an MRA-certified microfinance organization (Certificate No. 00046-00327-00422) and a trusted partner organization of PKSF, is currently seeking applications for the position of Junior Field Organizer. The organization has a long-standing reputation for implementing microfinance operations and various social development programs across Shariatpur, Madaripur, Chandpur, Faridpur, Barishal, Munshiganj, and other key regions in Bangladesh. This role is ideal for dedicated individuals looking to build a career in the development and microfinance sector.
As a Junior Field Organizer, you will be stationed in various field locations across Bangladesh. Selected candidates will be responsible for field-level execution of microfinance programs, which includes community mobilization, organizing member groups, collecting savings and loan installments, and preparing regular field reports. The position requires active field movement, strong interpersonal communication, and a commitment to uplifting grassroots communities through structured financial services.
NUSA offers a highly structured career path with competitive compensation. During the initial six-month probation period, selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of BDT 25,000 along with a daily tiffin allowance of BDT 65 for every working day. Upon successful completion of the probation period, the position will be regularized with an increased monthly salary of BDT 35,400 alongside benefits like gratuity, provident fund, leave encashment, and mobile allowances. Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's or Honors degree from any recognized university or institution.
Maximum age limit is 35 years as of the application deadline.
Must possess basic computer proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Prior experience in microfinance, NGO operations, or field-level development programs is highly preferred.
Female candidates and experienced professionals will be given special preference.
Strong interpersonal skills, community mobilization capability, and aptitude for field surveys.
Willingness and capability to work in any district or remote area within Bangladesh.
