As a Junior Field Organizer, you will be stationed in various field locations across Bangladesh. Selected candidates will be responsible for field-level execution of microfinance programs, which includes community mobilization, organizing member groups, collecting savings and loan installments, and preparing regular field reports. The position requires active field movement, strong interpersonal communication, and a commitment to uplifting grassroots communities through structured financial services.

NUSA offers a highly structured career path with competitive compensation. During the initial six-month probation period, selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of BDT 25,000 along with a daily tiffin allowance of BDT 65 for every working day. Upon successful completion of the probation period, the position will be regularized with an increased monthly salary of BDT 35,400 alongside benefits like gratuity, provident fund, leave encashment, and mobile allowances.
