Mysoftheaven (BD) Ltd. is currently hiring an AI Engineer for onsite positions in Dhaka. This opportunity is available for both full-time and internship candidates. The selected candidate will work on AI-powered applications, automation workflows, and LLM-based systems for enterprise use cases. The role requires strong technical expertise in AI engineering, backend development, and intelligent automation. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and reliable AI systems. Weekly 2 days off, partially subsidized lunch, and festival bonuses are offered. Salary is competitive and negotiable based on skills and experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.

• 2–4+ years of relevant experience preferred for full-time roles.

• Internship positions available for strong learners with excellent technical aptitude.

• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n is preferred.

• Familiarity with LLM frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.

• Strong understanding of RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and AI concepts.

• Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Express, or NestJS.

• Strong prompt engineering and AI application development skills.

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

• Bonus: Experience with multi-agent systems, local LLM deployment, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and intelligent agent systems.

• Build LLM-based solutions using prompt engineering and RAG pipelines.

• Develop automation workflows using tools like n8n or similar platforms.

• Integrate AI capabilities into scalable backend and web applications.

• Work with APIs, databases, and enterprise system integrations.

• Optimize AI system performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
