The AI Data Labeling Associate will work in a hybrid full-time environment and report to the Delivery Manager. The role involves leading and supporting a team of annotators, ensuring timely project delivery with the highest level of accuracy, addressing project-specific challenges, and maintaining quality assurance standards. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful AI projects while developing leadership and operational skills. There is 1 vacancy available. Working days are Sunday to Friday, and working hours are 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (GMT+6). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or any relevant field.
Preferably 0-1 year of experience working with a BPO company; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience working in a start-up environment will be considered an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Ecosystem tools.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.

Responsibilities
Analyze and review team members' work outputs against established guidelines and standards and provide constructive feedback.
Identify the strengths and weaknesses of team members and communicate improvement areas to Delivery Leads for coaching purposes.
Coordinate with Delivery Leads to ensure quality gaps and feedback are effectively addressed.
Manage and supervise a team of up to 10 annotators or delivery assistants.
Identify project-specific challenges and communicate them to the Delivery Lead and Project Management team.
Collaborate with management to revise and improve quality assurance and annotation standards as necessary.
Ensure real-time tracking and monitoring of Project Charter activities.
Provide recommendations on recurring quality gaps that require training interventions.
Maintain updated records of team members' quality performance for performance evaluation purposes.
Participate in team briefings to understand project requirements and guidelines.
Prepare quality assurance processes according to project requirements.
Assist the Delivery Lead in preparing project reports when required.
Ensure team members consistently meet quality standards and project deadlines.
Perform ad-hoc daily activities including annotation tasks, training initiatives, onboarding new annotators, and maintaining daily progress reports.
Benefits
Salary: BDT 20,000 – 25,000 per month based on experience and communication skills.
