Lead AI/ML Engineer

The company is seeking an experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer to lead AI initiatives from concept to production. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end AI/ML projects, collaborate with international clients, manage technical teams, and deliver scalable AI solutions. This leadership role requires strong expertise in Conversational AI, ASR, TTS, LLMs, multimodal AI, cloud technologies, and MLOps practices while mentoring team members and ensuring successful project delivery.

• Lead and manage AI/ML projects from planning to deployment.

• Collaborate with international clients and stakeholders.

• Develop advanced AI systems using modern frameworks and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in AI/ML engineering with leadership responsibilities.

• Strong English communication skills for international client interactions.

• Solid project management and team leadership experience.

• Expertise in Conversational AI, ASR, TTS, LLMs, and multimodal AI systems.

• Hands-on experience in model fine-tuning, optimization, quantization, and architecture modification.

• Proficiency with LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, and FAISS.

• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services including EC2, S3, SageMaker, and Lambda.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring tools.

• Advanced Python programming skills with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs.

• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate engineering teams.

• Lead AI/ML projects end-to-end from problem definition to deployment and optimization.

• Coordinate with foreign clients and provide project updates.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and team performance.

• Research, design, fine-tune, and optimize Conversational AI, ASR, TTS, LLM, and multimodal AI systems.

• Develop agentic and retrieval-augmented systems using LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, and vector databases.

• Customize AI models through fine-tuning, network modifications, and quantization techniques.

• Design and maintain scalable AI pipelines integrated with AWS cloud services.

• Implement DevOps and MLOps best practices for model training, deployment, and monitoring.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
