In this full-time office-based role, you will play a crucial part in guiding students and parents through overseas education opportunities, handling admission processes, and meeting enrolment targets while ensuring high standards of service.

• Preferred Qualifications: Sound knowledge of Malaysian institutions and study pathways (Foundation, Diploma, Bachelor’s, postgraduate), familiarity with admission documentation, English-language requirements, EMGS/student visa processes, established student recruitment networks in Bangladesh, and a proven record of successful Malaysian student enrolments.

• Counsel students and parents comprehensively on Malaysian universities, courses, entry requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and living costs.

• Recommend suitable study options based on each individual student’s academic background, financial capacity, and career goals.

• Assess applications meticulously and check supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Coordinate admission applications, offer letters, and student visa documentation seamlessly with universities and relevant processing teams.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) procedures and individual institutions’ requirements.

• Follow up with prospective students professionally and maintain accurate records within AIEC’s CRM system.

• Communicate actively with university representatives and support education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.

• Work proactively towards agreed enrolment targets while maintaining ethical counselling and high service standards.
