We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiser - Denim to lead our merchandising operations, ensuring seamless execution from product development to final shipment.

In this role, you will manage the complete merchandising process, coordinate closely with international buyers and internal cross-functional teams, and oversee sampling, costing, and production timelines to maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency. Working hours are standard corporate office hours, and the position is open to all qualified candidates regardless of age limits.

• 5 to 8 years of total experience, with 5–7 years of practical experience in merchandising within a denim factory or denim apparel manufacturing industry.

• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in ERP, MS Office, merchandising documentation, costing, and T&A management.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
