In this role, you will be responsible for developing, modifying, and correcting patterns based on fitting feedback, ensuring measurement accuracy, and coordinating with design, merchandising, and production teams. The working hours are full-time at our office located in Uttara, Dhaka, with an age limit of 28 to 45 years applicable for male applicants.

• Education: Bachelor/Honors or HSC

• Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in Buying House and Garments sectors

• Age Limit: 28 to 45 years

• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of WINDA software, sound knowledge of knit & woven garments, good understanding of garment construction, fitting, and measurements

• Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, responsible, organized, and team-oriented

• Develop, modify, and correct patterns based on fitting and sample feedback.

• Make accurate sample consumption calculations.

• Prepare garment patterns according to design concepts, sketches, and specifications.

• Follow up with the sample section to ensure timely sample development.

• Ensure proper fitting, grading, and measurement accuracy.

• Achieve assigned monthly sample targets.

• Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams.

• Identify and resolve pattern-related technical issues during sampling.

• Prepare and submit daily output reports.

• Prepare monthly work progress and performance reports.

• Maintain pattern quality as per buyer and company standards.

• Carry out any other relevant assignments assigned by management.
