The company is currently expanding its merchant network across Dhaka city and seeks 100 dynamic and self-motivated Merchant Development Officers to join their growing team.

The Merchant Development Officer will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's digital payment ecosystem. Key responsibilities include creating new bKash merchant payment accounts, visiting various market areas such as Wari, Kakrail, Paltan, Motijheel, and Jatrabari to collect necessary documents from potential merchants, and promoting bKash payment facilities and benefits to business owners. This is a full-time position with standard 8-hour day shifts, offering a competitive salary range of BDT 17,500 to 25,000 per month. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply, with preference given to those with prior field work experience. • Minimum education: H.S.C. or Equivalent

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year (freshers can apply, field work experience preferred)

• Must have a personal bKash account

• Must own a personal smartphone

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic field environment

• Create new bKash merchant payment accounts

• Visit markets and areas (Wari, Kakrail, Paltan, Motijheel, Jatrabari) to collect necessary documents from merchants

• Explain bKash payment facilities and benefits to merchants

• Ensure merchandising materials are available and regularly visit assigned merchants

• Encourage merchants to accept bKash payments

• Assist in updating merchant information in the system

• Provide support in resolving merchants' problems and queries

• Deliver campaign materials and trade letters to merchants

• Educate merchants about bKash guidelines, policies, and security measures

• Salary: BDT 17,500 – 25,000 per month

• Working hours: 8 hours per day, Day shift
