We are now hiring dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team. This full-time role involves 9-hour day shifts, with a primary focus on field visits to businesses across the Dhaka division. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate the ability to confidently meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Requirements

  • Education: Minimum HSC/Equivalent, Diploma, or Graduation (may be relaxed for experienced candidates)

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Software, POS, ERP, IT Service, or B2B Sales (preferred)

  • Must have a mindset for fieldwork and frequent business visits

  • Must be smart, polite, and possess excellent communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

  • Ability to engage with business owners and decision-makers effectively

Responsibilities

  • Visit various business establishments to introduce and promote e-Hisab POS software

  • Conduct software demonstrations and follow up with potential customers regularly

  • Acquire new clients and ensure successful sales conversions

  • Assess business needs and present tailored software solutions

  • Submit daily reports on visits, meetings, and activities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities

  • Contribute actively to the company’s sales growth and brand development

  • Salary Range: BDT 13,500 – 20,000 per month (Basic: BDT 9,000 + Mobile Bill: BDT 500 + Travel Allowance: BDT 2,000 + Lunch Allowance: BDT 2,000)
