Junior Field Officer

Grameen Jano Unnayan Sangstha (GJUS) is a Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) certified organization operating microfinance programs with financial support from PKSF. The organization works to improve the socio-economic condition of disadvantaged communities across rural areas of Bangladesh. Applications are invited from dedicated, honest, and hardworking Bangladeshi citizens who are interested in serving underprivileged populations in remote village areas.

The Junior Field Officer position is a field-based role responsible for supporting microcredit program operations in Barguna, Barishal, Patuakhali, Pirojpur, Gopalganj, Faridpur, and Rajbari districts. Selected candidates will participate in a one-month residential training program and subsequently work closely with rural communities, assisting in field operations, client communication, and data collection activities. This role is ideal for energetic candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to travel by bicycle.

• Work with rural communities under microfinance programs.

• Bachelor/Honors degree completed.

• Minimum GPA 2.50 in all academic examinations.

• One-month residential training with free accommodation and training allowance of Tk. 5,000.

• Apprenticeship allowance of Tk. 15,000 per month for six months after successful training.
