As a Support Function Executive, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our agent banking ecosystem. You will work closely with agents, bank branches, and regional teams to ensure smooth operations, promote products, and drive business growth. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel and direct engagement with channel partners. You will act as the primary bridge between our corporate strategies and ground-level execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Honors degree in any discipline

  • 1–5 years of experience

  • Preferred experience in sales, distribution channels, DFS, Agent Banking, Telco, or MFS

  • Back-office experience is a plus

  • Age between 24–32 years

  • Only Male candidates

  • Extroverted and proactive personality

  • Strong skills in Sales & Marketing

  • Willing to travel extensively across Bangladesh

Responsibilities

  • Collect agent profiles and provide necessary support and answer queries

  • Work with bank branches to onboard new agents

  • Promote agent banking products and services to channel partners

  • Educate agents about various banking services and products

  • Monitor agent performance and budget targets

  • Ensure compliance and conduct agent network health checks

  • Track channel complaints and coordinate with product management team for resolution

  • Work with regional teams to onboard and train new agent team members

  • Ensure visibility and proper placement of Agent Banking promotional materials (POSM)

  • Handle and escalate operational issues and queries

  • Follow all regulatory guidelines and ensure smooth business operations
