Field Officer (Microcredit)

Anando is a reputed non-government development organization working in partnership with local and international donor agencies. The organization is implementing various development and humanitarian programs in Khagrachhari, Cox's Bazar, Tangail, Gazipur, and Jamalpur districts. Anando is currently seeking competent and motivated candidates for the position of Field Officer to strengthen its microcredit/loan program.

The Field Officer will play a vital role in implementing microfinance activities at the field level, including loan proposal development, disbursement, monitoring, and recovery. • Higher Secondary (HSC) or Bachelor/Honors degree

• Age at most 35 years

• Knowledge in Loan Process, Loan Proposal, Loan Recovery, Microcredit, and Microfinance programs

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work in field level in Cox's Bazar, Gazipur, Jamalpur, Khagrachhari, and Tangail areas

• Implement microcredit and loan programs at the field level

• Identify potential clients and prepare loan proposals

• Disburse loans and monitor utilization

• Ensure timely loan recovery and maintain portfolio quality

• Conduct group meetings and provide financial literacy support

• Maintain proper documentation and reports

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

• Monthly salary Tk. 19,000 - 21,000 (HSC: 19,000 | Graduate: 21,000)

• Additional Tk. 2,000 possible based on experience through negotiation
