Alimento Limited is building a hub-based frozen food supply network for restaurants in Dhaka. We are looking for energetic and self-motivated field sales personnel who love meeting clients in the field, building relationships, and securing orders.

The role requires extensive fieldwork across Dhaka city visiting various restaurants, food courts, and food businesses to expand our distribution network and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Education: HSC or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in field level sales or distribution, particularly in packaged food or beverage. Freshers with good sales communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Technical Skills: Good sales communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel extensively across different areas of Dhaka city daily. Own motorbike and valid driving license are required.

• Soft Skills: Self-motivated, punctual, and target-oriented. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and chefs.

• Visit various restaurants and food courts across Dhaka city on a daily basis.

• Introduce our products to potential clients and distribute samples.

• Collect orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.

• Build and maintain good relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and chefs.

• Identify new business opportunities in the assigned areas.

• Submit daily visit and order reports to the Head of Sales and Distribution.
