• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch).

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems.

• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development workflows is a plus.

• Experience in travel, hospitality, SaaS, or e-commerce industries is preferred.

• Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
