Sales Executive

The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining product displays, supporting daily store operations, and contributing to sales growth. • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

• Maintain store presentation standards and support inventory management activities.

• Promote special offers and assist in achieving sales targets.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive and courteous service.

• Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification.

• A Level candidates are also eligible to apply.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Strong verbal communication skills in Bangla and English.

• Smart, energetic, honest, polite, and presentable personality.

• Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation.

• Greet customers and assist them with product selection and purchasing decisions.

• Provide detailed product information and ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Organize, sort, and arrange products on shelves and display areas.

• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management activities.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and attractive product displays according to company standards.

• Promote special offers, discounts, and new arrivals to increase sales.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager.

• Monthly salary: BDT 12,000 - 14,000.
