We are currently looking for a dynamic Project Engineer to own solar engineering and project-quality control while coordinating specialist inputs for waste management and Retrike. The ideal candidate will handle technical designs, site surveys, system sizing, and oversee installations to ensure high standards of quality and safety.

• Education: Master of Science (MSc), Diploma in Engineering, or BSc in EEE (Electrical and Electronic Engineering).

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of solar EPC experience, with background in architecture firms, building and construction materials, engineering firms, HVAC systems, or interior design.

• Age Limit: 28 to 40 years.

• Technical Skills: AutoCAD, PVsyst, HelioScope or equivalent design tools, technical submission preparation, BOQ estimation, LV distribution, protection, earthing, batteries, and commissioning.

• Soft Skills: Sound knowledge of technical reporting in Bangla and English, and ability to prepare clear reports.

• Additional Requirements: Must be willing to travel to project sites, enforce HSE and QA/QC on site, and coordinate specialist inputs.

• Conduct comprehensive solar site surveys, load assessments, roof and shading assessments, and preliminary structural screenings.

• Prepare PV and BESS sizing, layouts, single-line diagrams, bills of quantities (BOQs), yield estimates, quotations, and technical submissions.

• Coordinate net-metering applications, protection systems, earthing, commissioning, and handover documentation.

• Technically evaluate solar modules, inverters, batteries, mounting systems, and various suppliers.

• Supervise subcontracted installation crews and strictly enforce HSE, QA/QC, and warranty requirements on site.

• Establish operations and maintenance (O&M) schedules, asset records, and service-ticket procedures.

• Coordinate environmental, civil, process, and PPP consultants for the Cumilla project, and support electrical integration for Retrike.
