Overview
Primeasia University is seeking dynamic and experienced academic professionals for the position of Professor / Associate Professor in the Department of ITHM (Department of International Tourism and Hospitality Management). Requirements
Education: PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) / Masters
Experience: At least 12 years of experience, specifically within the University business area

Strong academic leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to participate in curriculum development and institutional quality assurance
Responsibilities
To mentor students in academic growth, research activities, and professional development.
To provide academic leadership within the department and actively contribute to faculty development and strategic planning.
To participate in and contribute to the activities of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), including self-assessment, program review, and continuous improvement initiatives.
To lead and support initiatives for national and international accreditation and institutional ranking.
To ensure that course content remains current, research-driven, and relevant to both academic and industry developments.
To engage in curriculum development, academic audits, and policy formulation processes in line with the strategic vision of the university.
To represent the university at national and international academic events, collaborations, and exchange programs, enhancing institutional visibility and reputation.
To prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, and develop curriculum.
To conduct classes as assigned by the department and take class tests, quizzes, and exams.
To evaluate students’ assignments, set question papers, and evaluate answer scripts.
To attend departmental and general meetings, counsel students, and work effectively in a team environment.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the university authority.
