• B.Sc. in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering in a relevant discipline.

• Preferred disciplines: Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials or Civil Engineering.

• Knowledge of mechanical and physical testing of steel products.

• Familiarity with tensile, cold-bend, and re-bend testing procedures.

• Ability to operate laboratory testing instruments and measurement equipment.

• Good numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and record-keeping skills.

• Basic computer proficiency, particularly MS Excel.

• Ability to identify and report non-conforming test results promptly.

• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and workplace safety.

• Ability to work in a factory environment and coordinate effectively with production and quality control teams.
