The Network Support Engineer role is tailored for dynamic professionals passionate about maintaining and optimizing network performance. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), Information & Communication Technology (ICT), or a related field.

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and ISP networking concepts.

  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, MikroTik, Juniper, or equivalent networking hardware is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle high-pressure situations effectively.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the company’s network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

  • Promptly diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.

  • Configure, manage, and upgrade routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.

  • Provide technical support and incident resolution to internal teams and external clients.

  • Collaborate with the Network Operations Center (NOC) and upstream providers for issue escalation and resolution.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, logs, and performance reports.

  • Assist in network capacity planning and scalability improvements.

  • Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and industry best practices.
