Caritas Bangladesh (CB), Rajshahi Region, is inviting applications from qualified candidates for immediate appointment to the position of MEAL Officer under the Building Resilient and Inclusive City (BRIC) project based at the Caritas Rajshahi Regional Office.

Working hours and office policies align with standard development sector guidelines. The age limit is a maximum of 45 years (as of September 30, 2026), though it may be flexible for experienced candidates. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Economics, or related field.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in MEAL within development projects.

• Experience in urban slums, DRR, Emergency Response, WASH, Housing, Climate Change Adaptation, and Women Empowerment projects.

• Experience working with donor-funded projects.

• Age at most 45 years (as on 30.09.2026), flexible for experienced candidates.

• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and documentation.

• Experience with data collection tools development (e.g., Kobo Toolbox, CommCare, ODK, Excel).

• Knowledge of MEAL frameworks, logframes, and indicators settings.

• Understanding of GESI and safeguarding principles.

• Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
