The company is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer & Compliance Officer to join its dynamic team in Gazipur. The corporate head office is located at House #348, Road #26, New DOHS, Mohakhali, Dhaka-1212.

This is a full-time office-based position suitable for male candidates with a civil engineering background and up to two years of experience. The selected candidate will work on structural design, retrofitting, maintenance, audit preparation, and environmental compliance activities. In addition to civil engineering responsibilities, the role also includes coordination on HR, administration, compliance, and environmental management tasks, including work related to Higg Index FEM v3.0 and v4.0, buyer audits, corrective action planning, and audit follow-up activities.

• Minimum graduate degree in Civil Engineering.

• Maximum 2 years of professional experience.

• Age must be at least 25 years.

• Only male candidates are eligible to apply.

• Experience in agro-based firms, dyeing factories, garments, group of companies, hospitals, hotels, packaging industry, restaurants, spinning, or textile sectors will be preferred.

• Good knowledge of BNBC standards.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETABS, and STAAD Pro.

• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, civil work supervision, and structural design.

• Ability to handle HR, admin, compliance, and environmental management related activities.

• Experience with Higg Index Facility Environmental Module (FEM) will be an advantage.

• Strong coordination, documentation, communication, and team management skills.
