Overview
Primeasia University is seeking dynamic and qualified professionals for the position of Assistant Professor/Lecturer in the School of Business, specializing in HRM and Accounting. As an Assistant Professor or Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering quality education, preparing lesson plans, conducting classes, evaluating students, and contributing to the overall academic and administrative functions of the department while working on-site at our Banani, Dhaka campus.

Requirements
Master’s degree in the relevant discipline and a 4-year Bachelor’s degree, with minimum CGPA 3.50 in both and minimum GPA 4.50 in both SSC and HSC.
PhD/MPhil holders will get preference for the position of Assistant Professor.
At least 3 years of experience.
Age: At least 35 years.
Must have at least two published articles and three years of teaching experience for the position of Assistant Professor.
Candidates with foreign degree and teaching experience will get priority for the position of Lecturer.
Strong teaching and training skills.
Responsibilities
To prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, and develop curriculum.
To conduct classes as assigned by the department.
To take class tests, quizzes, and exams.
To evaluate students’ assignments.
To set question papers and to evaluate answer scripts.
To attend departmental and general meetings.
To counsel students and to work in a team environment.
To perform any other work assigned by the University Authority.
To specialize in HRM and Accounting for the School of Business.
