The organization is currently recruiting 5 Assistant Managers to strengthen its operations in Dhaka.
This is a full-time office-based position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience, although fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Applicants should possess Bachelor's or Master's qualifications and demonstrate strong leadership, business development, team management, loan recovery, credit collection, MS Excel, internet and email usage, Bengali and English typing, and communication skills. The monthly salary is BDT 20,000, along with mobile bill support, two festival bonuses, weekly one holiday, lunch facilities, and other negotiable benefits. Requirements
Bachelor's/Honors or Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
1 to 3 years of professional experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Age must be between 25 and 35 years.
Experience in banks, NGOs, or related sectors will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of credit collection and loan recovery.
Good proficiency in MS Excel, internet, and email communication.
Typing skills in both Bengali and English.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Strong leadership, business development, sales target achievement, team management, and supervision skills.
